01.12c Honors Project: The Six-Day War

What was the Six-Day War?

The Six-Day war was a short "war" involving Israel, the UAE, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon. The war lead to Israel's capture of the West Bank, East Jordan and the Gaza Strip, and is now more relevant than ever due to the current Israel-Palestine war. Learning about this event can help us to understand the history of the region, and the likely factors for the current war.
